Training

Every day across your organization, employees are spending precious time doing unnecessary activities. Lean U provides focused training on how to identify these time wasters and implement effective solutions. In short, I help you create an army of problem solvers, chomping at the bit to get out there and make things better – better for your customers, better for your team members and better for your bottom line.

From providing an introduction to problem solving to leading rapid improvement events, the training sessions are custom designed using examples and activities taken directly from your work environment.
